“Imperfect” lighters are those with external blemishes such as scuffs, paint bubbles, abnormal paint texture, etc. See video for some examples of what you can expect. They still work good as new, they are just less than perfect (but who amongst us isn’t).
NOTE - the lighter will come empty and will not light right out of the box. You will have to get lighter fluid and fill 'er up yourself. For a video on how to do this, go HERE.

I purchased this and a couple other items as a Christmas gift for my best friend. She immediately opened the lighter and died laughing. That’s Christmas joy. Also, bought the wiener dog/hot dog enamel pin because we have an inside joke about the “Jack and Diane” parody song “sucking on a chili dog”. It has us in tears every time.
