Shipping policy
Orders are shipped out four days a week, typically on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We wait at least 24 hours before fulfilling orders as a grace period for any changes or address updates that may be needed.
Domestic orders: if your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office.
Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery
Standard International Shipping: Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery
If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, The Peach Fuzz is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
