Never respond with "uhhhhhh" to the question of "how long does it take for X to be restocked?" ever again! This is probably the BEST thing I've implemented in a long time - what I call my "Loading Dock". Keep track of how many units were ordered, when, and how long it takes to get to you. There is even a separate chart that summarizes the average, best, and worst lead times for different product types.
