When They Go Low Refillable Lighter

YES!!! Giving back is at the core of how this whole thing works. A minimum of 10% of every single purchase goes directly to nonprofits, mutual aid organizations, and community groups doing real, tangible work. The causes we support and how we give can shift over time — because the world shifts, and we want our dollars going where they're needed most.

We publish quarterly giving reports on Instagram (@thepeachfuzz.co) and on our About page that break down every single dollar donated over that period. No vague promises. No rounding up. You can see exactly what your purchase contributed to.

Totally normal! Lighters can't be shipped pre-filled (USPS and flammables are not exactly best friends). But filling it up is super easy — grab some lighter fluid (NOT butane gas) and follow these helpful videos on replacing parts of your lighter:

All our items are inspected for quality upon reception from the manufacturer. Perfect ones have no visible flaws, and the imperfect ones have small cosmetic defects but are still considered good enough to be part of our inventory! This could mean a light scratch, a dot of paint, or a slightly grainy texture in one spot.

You've got a 24-hour window from the time you place your order to request any changes or a cancellation — but please keep in mind that we don't check emails on weekends!

Anything that comes in Saturday or Sunday won't be seen until Monday. Once we've started fulfilling, we can't make adjustments. So if you need to catch something in time, email info@thepeachfuzz.co as fast as humanly possible!

We fulfill orders Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Current processing time is about 2-4 business days. We do hold orders for 24 hours after they're placed — that's your grace period to catch any typos or address changes before we get to work. So don't panic if nothing moves right away!

Love your excitement to receive your stuff! Here's your best course of action:

Does your tracking say "delivered" but nothing's there? Don't panic — parcels get scanned early or out of order by USPS all the time. Give it 1–2 days before doing anything else.

If it's still MIA, your best move is to check directly with your postal worker or local USPS branch — they have a LOT more power and information than we do from our studio.

If more than a week has passed, file a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS.

If you added Route package protection at checkout, you can file a claim — just note that Route requires a waiting period before claims can be submitted, so check your Route confirmation email for their specific timeline.

Heads up: we can't refund shipping or cover costs for orders returned to sender or delivered to the wrong address. (As someone who has absolutely done this to myself, I feel you, but we've got our limitations! – Elizabeth)

Standard US: please allow 7–10 business days after your order ships.
International: please allow 3–6 weeks after your order ships.

If your package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, business closure, or undeliverable address, reshipping fees are on the customer. Email us at info@thepeachfuzz.co with your order number and we can determine the best course of action together to get you your order.

First, please file a report with your local post office (you can redact personal details, just keep your name visible) and send us proof of the report at info@thepeachfuzz.co. Replacements are handled case by case — we're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders, but we genuinely want to help where we can.

Yes! International orders typically arrive within 3–6 weeks after shipping. Please note that we're not responsible for any customs fees or delays on their end.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Final sale items (anything from the Sale section) cannot be returned.

Refunds and cancellations can only be granted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window closes, we're unable to issue refunds. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.
