FAQ

Hair Claws & Clips

What's the deal with “imperfect” products?

All our items are inspected for quality upon reception from the manufacturer. Perfect ones have no visible flaws, and the imperfect ones have small cosmetic defects but are still considered good enough to be part of our inventory! This could mean a light scratch, a dot of paint, or a slightly grainy texture in one spot.

How do I care for hair claws and clips?

Keep them away from extreme heat and you're golden.

Do your hair claws work for thick hair?

Our large hair claws are built with a serious grip! If you've got a lot going on up there, those are your best bet.

What are your hair accessories made of?

Our hair claws and clips are made from plant-based cellulose acetate — sturdy enough to hold your hair all day, and a little easier on the planet than traditional plastic.
