My lighter isn't working — what's going on?

Totally normal! Lighters can't be shipped pre-filled (USPS and flammables are not exactly best friends). But filling it up is super easy — grab some lighter fluid (NOT butane gas) and follow these helpful videos on replacing parts of your lighter:

What kind of lighter fluid should I use?

Standard lighter fluid — NOT butane gas. The video linked above walks you through the whole process step by step.

What's the deal with “imperfect” products?

All our items are inspected for quality upon reception from the manufacturer. Perfect ones have no visible flaws, and the imperfect ones have small cosmetic defects but are still considered good enough to be part of our inventory! This could mean a light scratch, a dot of paint, or a slightly grainy texture in one spot.
