By placing an order with The Peach Fuzz Co, you agree to our terms in full.

Shipping timeline
Orders are handed off to carriers Monday to Friday of each week. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.
For Standard US Shipping, please allow up to 7-10 business days for delivery.
For Standard International Shipping, please allow up to 3 - 6 weeks for delivery.
Please note that some international orders may be subject to tariffs and delays at customs.
Need to Edit Address or Order
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order, especially if it was autofilled. If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, The Peach Fuzz Co is not liable to replace the items in the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@thepeachfuzz.co with the words "Please edit my address" in the subject line.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@thepeachfuzz.co with the words "Please cancel my order" in the subject line. We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped.
Delivery Issues
If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS, other carrier, or ROUTE. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged by the carrier or ROUTE on a case-to-case basis. The Peach Fuzz Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
All Return to Sender packages due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address, or business closure are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. Customers may choose not to have their order re-shipped, and have the items refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
US orders:
Route
If you purchased Route shipping protection, please file a missing or damaged package report HERE to request a resolution for your order.
NO Route
If your tracking says Delivered, but your package has not arrived, or is marked Lost in Transit, please file a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS. This will help the post office locate your package as quickly as possible. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to email info@thepeachfuzz.co
If tracking has not moved in several days or is stuck in Pre-Shipment please contact us at info@thepeachfuzz.co
If your order was shipped though UPS, and you experience any issues, you may file a claim HERE.
International orders:
For any lost or damaged parcels, please contact your chosen shipping carrier. If you require any assistance with the process, please email info@thepeachfuzz.co
Refund + Exchange Policy
Please contact us as soon as you notice something wrong with your order. The Peach Fuzz Co is not responsible for replacing any broken or defective items brought to our attention later than 30 days past delivery date.
If an item is defective or arrives broken, please send a photo and/or video of said item along with your order number to info@thepeachfuzz.co
If you received the wrong item, please send a photo of the item you received along with your order number to info@thepeachfuzz.co
If your order is missing an item, please email info@thepeachfuzz.co with your order number.
Exchanges will not be granted unless the item is defective. When ordering a t-shirt, please check our size chart HERE. B-grade/ Imperfect products are not eligible for refund. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about Imperfect items.
Any modification to a product made by the customer renders said item ineligible for return or refund.
