Shop Policies


Due to COVID and the internal disruption of USPS I cannot guarantee your items arriving on time. Some international orders are taking up to 4 months to arrive to their destination. Unfortunately, I cannot track international sticker orders unless tracked shipping is purchased within the same order. 

If you have purchased the Route package protection, go HERE to file a missing package report.

If you choose the free untracked sticker shipping, we are not responsible should your order get lost by USPS and will not offer refunds or replacements should this happen. 

Domestic orders: if your item says delivered, but has not arrived, please contact your local post office.  

Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. Shipping labels are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund upon return. 

Standard US Shipping: Please allow 7-10 days for delivery

Standard International Shipping: Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery

Orders are dropped off at the post office Tuesday and Friday of each week. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. 

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. You may omit personal details if you please but must keep your name visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, The Peach Fuzz is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.


Refund + Exchange Policy

No refunds or cancelations will be granted after placing an order. No exceptions.  

Due to the customized nature of our products, exchanges will not be granted unless the item is faulty. 

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package if there are any issues. After 24 hours, the customer is subject to a re-shipping fee.
